After I received my three year degree on
Digital Communication within the IT Department
at the University of Milan, I worked six months
as web developer in Media Juice Lab, a young
startup based in Milan. Then five years in Aimée Spa, a fashion
company leader in Italy for the creation of bridal gowns, as
web designer,
layout artist and
visual merchandiser. I looked after the launch
of more than fifteen franchising boutiques in Italy, Germany,
Tokyo, Aleppo and Riyadh. This experience let me develop my
aesthetic taste with graphics and products and gave me the
opportunity to see up close the birth and growth of new
stores.
I decided afterwards to continue this interesting part of my job
independently as a freelance
web designer and developer looking after the
online presence of my clients.
A website shouldn't be just an online business card but the bridge that connect your products and your company communication to potential buyers and loyal follower. I can help you not only on designing an actractive and clean-cut website keeping an eye on mobile compatibility and performance but also on studying the best e-commerce solution to sell or book your products, promote your business and formulating strategies for your online presence.
I worked with more than twenty expert photographers, make-up artists, hairstylists and I built up bespoke websites for their portfolio. I developed an administration panel that allows them to upload and manage their photographs and I constantly keep it up-to-date following their advices and needs. Take a look to my "Website for Photographers" project page for futher information.
I can help you, expecially when you're overworked, both on small parts of a web project or on long-term development work, alone or as part of your team. I can convert your graphic layouts in HTML pages and connect them to Wordpress or to a bespoke back-end panel. I can hack your Wordpress theme or plugin to reach aspected results. I can share with you or your team my experience in web designing and developing.
